Preppin’ for one Zippin’ Awesome Party… In a Way.
I’ve been sporting all things a-Zip lately, if you couldn’t tell already.
Last week I was sick in bed for two days straight, which left me with limited options on what to do. The school thing was the priority, as it should be, but it got done rather and surprisingly quick. I mean, there’s always the option to study harder but who really wants to do that when they’re sick?
Not I. So, it started with working on an already-started 2D animation project to promote the show my marching band was gearing for. This was the end result:
It didn’t get released til the Friday of last week, but no big deal. It was still a fun thing to do, and hey, the director liked it.
If you’re following me close enough to know about my Rubber Bowl Minecraft project, you’ll also know that I’ve been hinting that InfoCision Stadium-Summa Field would also be constructed as per the numerous suggestions I got to do so. Ground broke on the server this week.

Third, since I was excused from performing with the band this week due to my unfortunate circumstance of being ill, I took advantage of the opportunity to photograph and shoot video of Ohio’s Pride in action. Work on a hype video for the organization has commenced.
And finally, to top it all off, we have this. It’s a LIVE SoundCloud preview [it updates as I work on it] of my latest work dedicated to everything “Ohio’s Pride.” Considering how much being a part of it has taught me many life lessons and further expanded my knowledge of what it means to work hard together with others, and just how much FUN it is, I was just sitting last night and thinking, “Oh why the heck not?” The result is pretty friggin’ great if you ask me, but take a listen for yourself and have your own opinion about it.
